This area is ideal for both summer and winter getaways. Special touches in design and decoration create a sense of euphoria and relaxation. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size and the other with a super king size bed, while the sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a double bed, making this an ideal choice for hosting parties We invite you to prepare the ultimate comfort meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the monastery-style dining room overlooking the blue shore of the lagoon, lots of laughter, smiles and lightheartedness. One bedroom has an open double bath, so you can enjoy a shared bath with your loved one, overlooking the mountains.
We invite you in the winter to enjoy your favorite cup of tea by the fireplace and in the summer your favorite coffee on the spacious terrace overlooking the imposing deep blue sea. Access to two separate private terraces encourages the visitor to discover every aspect of the panoramic view stretching out before him.
For many of us, traveling is unthinkable without our beloved little four-legged friends. And in our Topos, our love for them is obvious. You can feel safe with the care they will experience with us. All you have to do is inform us in time of their arrival and we will take care of the rest, ensuring a calm and harmonious stay for everyone.

Eating at the pool is also prohibited.
Safety Rules:
Customers should protect their personal belongings for which they are responsible and any loss the accommodation bears no responsibility.
Lit candles are prohibited inside and outside of the enclosures and the pool as well.
Use of the swimming pool is allowed until 20:00. The depth of the swimming pool is 1.50m. Diving is prohibited.
Particular respect is expected for trees and plants that exist within the estate as they are part of the area’s natural beauty and source of life.
